Peter Köhler, his wife Anna Margaretha, and children (Johann[es], age 12; Anna Maria, age 6) arrived from Lübeck at the port of Oranienbaum on 9 August 1766 aboard the Russian galliot Strelna under the command of Lieutenant Sornev.
Peter Keller, his wife, Anna Margaretha, and children (Johannes, age 14; Anna Maria, age 8) are recorded on the 1767 census of Norka in Household No. 113. They had settled there on 15 August 1767.
Peter Köhler and his family are recorded on the 1798 census of Norka in Household No. Nr205.
The Oranienbaum passenger list records that Peter was a tailor while the 1767 census records that he was a farmer. Both of these documents record that Peter Keller came from the German district of Isenburg.
