Widow Anna Preisach settled in the Volga German colony of Preuss on 15 July 1767. She is recorded there on the 1767 census in Household No. 133. There are no known surviving male descendants of the Preisach family so this surname does not continue among the Volga German colonies.
The 1767 census records that Anna Preisach came from the German village of Stierstadt in the Kurmainz.
