Friedrich Dietzel, a single farmer, arrived from Lübeck at the port of Oranienbaum on 19 July 1766 aboard the galliot named Kronshlot under the command of Skipper Ivan Kunakovskii.
They settled in the Volga German colony of Rosenheim on 27 July 1767 where they are recorded on the 1767 census in Household No. 66.
The Oranienbaum passenger list records that Friedrich Dietzel came from Franconia while the 1767 census records that he came from the Poland.
