Johann Jakob Weber, a single soldier (Soldat), settled in the Volga German colony of Schulz on 8 September 1766. He is recorded on the 1767 census in Household No. 7.

The 1767 census records that Johann Jakob Weber came from the German village of Stettin in the region of Prussia.
