Johann [Heinrich] Bieker, a farmer, his wife Anna, and daughter Magdalena (age 1) arrived from Lübeck at the port of Oranienbaum on 12 September 1766 aboard the English frigate Love & Unity under the command of Skipper Thomas Fairfax.
Heinrich Bicker [sic] and his wife Anna Maria are recorded on the list of colonists being transported from St. Petersburg to Saratov in 1767.
Widower Heinrich Bieker, his son Thomas, and Thomas's family are recorded there on the 1798 census of Ober-Monjou in Household No. Om57.
Johannes and Heinrich Bieker, sons of Thomas Bieker, and their families are recorded on the 1834 census of Ober-Monjou in Households No. 112-113.
The Oranienbaum passenger list records that Johann Bieker came from the German region of Mainz.
