Philipp Billeau, his wife Anna, and children (Maria, age 3; Johann, age ¾) arrived from Lübeck at the port of Oranienbaum on 12 September 1766 aboard an English frigate under the command of Skipper Adam Beerfeier.

Andreas Bille, his wife Anna Elis., and daughter Maria Elis. (age 8) are recorded on the list of colonists being transported from St. Petersburg to Saratov in 1767.

Philipp Andreas Billeau, his [new] wife Christina, and [her?] daughter Elisabeth (age 10) are recorded on the 1767 census of Susannental in Household No. 2. They had settled in Susannental on 3 August 1767.

The Oranienbaum passenger list records that Philipp Billeau was a stonemason while the 1767 census records that he was a tailor (Schneider).

The 1767 census records that Philipp Andreas Billeau came from the German village of Obertiefenbach.
