Johann Müller, single servant of Johann Meininger, arrived from Lübeck at the port of Oranienbaum on 4 July 1766 aboard the English frigate Love & Unity under the command of Skipper Thomas Fairfax.
Johann Michael Müller (born about 1747), a single farmer, is recorded onthe 1767 census of Messer in Household No. 43. He had settled in Messer on 18 June 1767.
Both the Oranienbaum passenger list and the 1767 census record that Johann Michael Müller came from the German region of Isenburg.
There are no known surviving male lines of this Müller family among the Volga German colonies.
