Hermann Müller, a farmer, and his wife Elisabeth arrived from Lübeck at the port of Oranienbaum on 18 June 1766 aboard the hooker Anna Catharina under the Skipper Adolph Scharpenberg.
They settled in the Volga German colony of Keller on 12 May 1767 and are recorded there on the 1767 census in Household No. 9.
Following the destruction of Keller, Hermann Müller and his family relocated to the colony of Neu-Kolonie. Hermann Müller and his family are recorded on the 1798 census of Neu-Kolonie in Household No. Nk19 along with a note that his son Friedrich Müller is working in the colony of Hölzel.
The death of Hermann Müller in 1798 is recorded on the 1811 census of Neu-Kolonie in Household No. 17.
Georg Peter Müller, son of Hermann Müller, is recorded on the 1811 census of Neu-Kolonie in household No. 17 along with a note that he relocated to the colony of Preuss in 1811.
[Georg] Peter Müller from Neu-Kolonie is recorded on the 1811 census of Preuss in Household No. 74 along with a note that he had arrived in Preuss from Neu-Kolonie in 1811.
The death of [Georg] Peter Müller in 1818 is recorded on the 1834 census of Preuss in Household No. 142.
The 1767 census records that Hermann Müller came from the German village of Heimbach in the region of Württemberg.
