Joachim Götte, his wife Charlotta, and daughter Christina (age 2-weeks) arrived from Lübeck at the port of Oranienbaum on 9 June 1766 aboard an English barque named George under the command of Skipper Adam Bairnsfair.
This is believed to be the same August Jütte [sic] and his wife Friederica who are recorded on the list of colonists being transported from St. Petersburg to Saratov in 1767.
They settled in the Volga German colony of Boisroux on 7 June 1767 and are recorded there on the 1767 census in Household No. 12.
In 1773, August Götte and his wife moved from Boisroux to Paulskaya.
August Jütte, his wife Charlotta née Weigel, and daughter Friedrika (age 9) are recorded on the 1776 Katharinenstadt Grundbuch [Land Register] in Household No. 191. The Land Register also records that they are "in business with" or perhaps just "live with" Nikolaus Schüller and his wife Julianna who have a pub/saloon (Wirtschaft).
The Oranienbaum passenger list records that Joachim Götte was a student from Alberstedt while the 1767 census records that he was a farmer from Halberstadt. The 1776 Katharinenstadt Land Register records that August Jütte came from the German village of Halberstadt and that his wife came from the German region of Anhalt Zerbst.
