Werner Neustadt, a farmer, his wife Eva, and children (Katharina, age 19; Johann, age 17½; Eva, age 5; Georg, age 3) arrived from Lübeck at the port of Oranienbaum on 19 July 1766 aboard the barque named Fortitudo under the command of Skipper John Scott.
They settled in the Volga German colony of Krasnoyar on 20 July 1767. Widower Werner Neustadt and his surviving children (Johann Georg, age 19; Eva Elisabeth, age 10) are recorded on the 1767 census of Krasnoyar in Household No. 94.
Georg Neustadt and his family are recorded on the 1798 census of Krasnoyar in Household No. Ks045.
Both the Oranienbaum passenger list and the 1767 census record that Werner Neustadt came from the German region of Dienheim.
