Georg Kammerer, a farmer, his wife Anna Maria, and children (Konstanzia, age 16; Martin, age 9; Georg, age 3; Anna Maria, age ¾) arrived from Lübeck at the port of Oranienbaum on 15 September 1766 aboard the galliot Adler under the command of Skipper Paul Adam Drath.
Georg Kamerer [sic], his wife Anna, and children (Constantia [sic], age 16; Martin, age 9; Georg, age 3; Anna Maria, age ¾, died en route) are recorded on the list of colonists being transported from St. Petersburg to Saratov in 1767.
Georg died and his widow remarried to Mattias Ancre.
They settled in the Volga German colony of Göbel on 20 July 1767. Surviving daughter Konstanzia is recorded in Göbel on the 1767 census in Household No. 58.
The Oranienbaum passenger list records that Georg Kammerer came from the German region of Swabia.
There do not appear to be any surviving male descendants of this family among the Volga German colonies.
