Gottlieb Braunhardt, a single craftsman (Handwerker), arrived from Lübeck at the port of Oranienbaum on 18 June 1766 aboard the ship Die Perle under the command of Skipper Thomson.
He settled in the Volga German colony of Dreispitz on 20 July 1767. He is recorded there as a widower on the 1767 census in Household No. 32.
The Oranienbaum passenger list records that Gottlieb Braunhardt came from the German region of Heilbronn while the 1767 census records that he came from the German village of Naumburg in the Kursachsen region.
There are no known surviving male descendants of this family among the Volga German colonies.
