Konrad Felsinger, a farmer, his wife Katharina, children (Anna Elisabeth, age 13; Johann Georg, age 6), and stepsons (Johann Adam Kimmel, age 19; Konrad Kimmel, age 17) settled in the Volga German colony of Krasnoyar on 20 July 1767 and are recorded there on the 1767 census in Household No. 109.

The 1767 census records that Konrad Felsinger came from the German region of Laubach.
