Discussion & Documentation

There are two Völker families recorded on the 1798 census of Yagodnaya Polyana that are not descendants of the original Heinrich Völker family that settled there in 1767. It is not known whether they are related to each other, or perhaps related in some other way to the original Heinrich Völker family:

(1) Heinrich Völker and his brother Ludwig are recorded on the 1798 census of Yagodnaya Polyana in Household No. Yp16.

(2) Johann Kaspar Völker is recorded on the 1798 census of Yagodnaya Polyana in Household No. Yp09.
