Johann Heinrich Bott and his wife Anna Elisabeth arrived from Lübeck at the port of Oranienbaum on 10 August 1766 aboard the Russian pink Vologda under the command of Lieutenant Sergey Bartenyev.
Heinrich Bott and his wife Elisabeth are recorded on the 1767 census of Müller in Household No. 26. They had settled there on 16 August 1767.
Johann Heinrich Bott and his family are recorded on the 1798 census of Müller in Household No. Ml08 along with a note that he was working in Dreispitz.
The Oranienbaum passenger list records that Johann Heinrich Bott was a stonemason from the German region of Darmstadt. The 1767 census records that he was a farmer from the German village of Langen in the Darmstadt region.
There are no known surviving male lines of this family among the Volga German colonies.
