Johann Tack, a farmer, his wife Eva Katharina, and son Nikolaus (age 16) are recorded on the 1767 census of Schuck in Household No. 36. They had settled there on 1 May 1767.
The 1767 census records that Johann Tack came from the German region of Trier.
