Discussion & Documentation
Andreas Trasnets and his wife are recorded on the 1798 census of Schaffhausen in Household No. Sh50 along with a note that he had changed his religion and moved to city of Volsk where he has resided for almost 20 years.
His daughter Katharina is noted there as well having married clerk Fyodor Derevyagin, formerly of the Volsk lower judicial court.
There are no known surviving male lines of this family among the Volga German colonies.
