Franz DeVerture and his family are recorded on the 1798 census of Katharinenstadt in Household No. Ka127.
On 8 October 1802, colonist [widow] DuVetter [sic] of Katharinenstadt petitioned the Kontora [Office of Immigrant Oversight] for permission to accept into her household her son-in-law colonist [Christoph] Gref from Urbach. This indicates that Franz DeVerture must have died shortly before this date.
Christina TuWietter [sic], daughter of Franz DeVerture, is recorded on the 1850 census of Katharinenstadt in Household No. 384 as the wife of Christoph Gref.
There are no known surviving male lines of this family among the Volga German colonies.
