Barbara Forchheimer, a single woman, arrived from Lübeck at the port of Oranienbaum on 15 August 1766 aboard a snow-brig named Drei Gebrüder (Three Brothers) under the command of Skipper Ludwig Münzenberg.
Barbara Furchmeyer [sic] is recorded on a list of colonists being transported from St. Petersburg to Saratov in 1767.
It is not known in which colony she settled.
Barbara née For[ch]heimer (age 55) is recorded on the 1798 census of Neu-Kolonie in Household No. Nk28 as the wife of Georg Schaubert and widow of Johannes Rudel.
The Oranienbaum passenger list records that Barbara Forchheimer came from the German region of Würzburg.
There are no known surviving male lines of this family among the Volga German colonies.
