An article by Hermann Wäschke records the following:

Christian Albrecht, a cobbler (Schuster), with three other persons.

Christian Albrecht, a cobbler, his wife Anna, and children (Johann, age 7; Sophia, 15-weeks) arrived from Lübeck at the port of Oranienbaum on 10 August 1766 aboard a ship under the command of Skipper Nikolaus Peter Pink.

Christian Albrecht, his wife Catharina, and children (Johann, age 7; Sophia Leopoldina, age ½) are recorded on the list of colonists being transported from St. Petersburg to Saratov in 1767 along with a note that both parents and daughter Sophia Leopoldina died en route.

Surviving son Johann [Gottlieb] Albrecht (age 7) settled in the Volga German colony of Cäsarsfeld on 3 August 1767 and is recorded there on the 1767 census in Household No. 6 along with the Martin Daniel Dehler family.

Although they disembarked from the same ship in Oranienbaum, the 1767 census does not record a relationship between the Albrecht and the Dehler families.

The Oranienbaum passenger list records that Christian Albrecht came from the German region of Ramenborn [?]. The 1767 census records that his son Gottlieb came from the German region of Dessau.
