Johann Jacob Arendt & Maria Dorothea Erlich were married on 4 April 1766 in Roßlau

Johann Arndt, a craftsman (Handwerker), and his wife Maria settled in the Volga German colony of Walter on 25 August 1767. They are recorded there on the 1767 census in Household No. 55.

The 1767 census records that Johann Arndt came from the German town of Danzig.
