Böhm (Seelmann)*
Benedict Böhm, a farmer, and his wife Anna Margaretha arrived from Lübeck at the port of Oranienbaum on 19 July 1766 aboard the galliot named Kronshlot under the command of Skipper Ivan Kunakovskii.
They settled in the Volga German colony of Seelmann on 16 August 1767 and are recorded there on the 1767 census in Household No. 38.
The widow Margaretha Böhm is recorded on the 1798 census of Seelmann in Household No. Sm56.
The 1767 census records that they came from the German village of Schönau in the Duchy of Savoy.
There are no known surviving Böhm male lines of this Böhm family among the Volga German colonies.
