Hans Heinrich Bähr, a soldier (Soldat), and his wife Anna Maria Barbara settled in the Volga German colony of Kamenka on 6 July 1765. They are recorded there on the 1767 census in Household No. 22 alon with son Johann (age 1½).
The 1767 census records that Hans Heinrich Bähr came from the German village of Kirburg [?].
There are no known surviving male lines of this family among the Volga German colonies.
