Anton Beichert, a farmer, and his wife Maria arrived from Lübeck at the port of Oranienbaum on 9 June 1766 aboard a ship named Die Perle under the command of Skipper Gerhardt Hermann Thomsen.
Anton Beichert (age 24), a farmer, and his [new] wife Dorothea Klein (age 30) are recorded on the 1767 census of Leichtling in Household No. 38. [See Klein Family.] They had arrived in Leichtling on 14 May 1767.
The widow of Anton Beichert and his son Johannes are recorded on the 1798 census of Leichtling in Household No. Lg38.
The death of Johannes Beichard [sic] in 1818 is recorded on the 1834 census of Leichtling in Household No. 93.
The Oranienbaum passenger list records that Anton Beichert came from the German region of Mainz. The 1767 census records that Anton Beichert is from the German village of Miltenberg in the region of Mainz.
There are no known surviving male lines of this Beichert family among the Volga German colonies.
