Beil (Brabander)*
Adam Beil, a farmer, his wife Sophia, son Klaus (age 6), and mother[-in-law] Anna arrived from Lübeck at the port of Oranienbaum aboard a Russian packet-boat under the command of Lieutenant Pyotr Laminkov.
They settled in the Volga German colony of Brabander on 28 August 1767 and are recorded there on the 1767 census in Household No. 22.
The Oranienbaum passenger list records that Adam Beil came from the German region of Köln. The 1767 census records that he came from the German village of Küregiso? in the Köln region.
There are no known surviving male lines of this Beil family among the Volga German colonies.
