Jeremias Belerg, a farmer, and his wife Elisabeth settled in the Volga German colony of Paulskaya on 23 July 1767 and are recorded there on the 1767 census in Household No. 6.
The 1767 census records that Jeremias Belerg came from the German village of Romrod.
There are no known surviving male lines of this family among the Volga German colonies.
