Bickert (Moor-1)
Johann Heinrich Bichert, son of Jacob & Anna Elisabeth Bichert, was baptized in Düdelsheim on 13 June 1714.
Johann Heinrich Bichert, a stocking weaver from Düdelsheim, married on 9 April 1744 in Eckartshausen to Catharina Reichert, daughter of Jacob & Anna Barbara Reichert from Himbach.
Johann Heinrich and Catharina had four children, each born in Himbach, whose baptisms are recorded in the parish register of Eckartshausen: (1) Catharina, born 18 January 1745, baptized 24 January 1745; (2) Albert, born 26 December 1749, baptized 28 December 1749; (3) Anna Margaretha, born 10 September 1752, baptized 16 September 1752; and (4) Maria Catharina, born 2 July 1755, baptized 6 July 1755.
Johann Heinrich Bichert, a farmer, and his family arrived from Lübeck at the port of Oranienbaum on 4 July 1766 aboard a Russian packet-boat under the command of Midshipman Mankensey.
They settled in the Volga German colony of Moor on 18 June 1767. They are recorded there on the 1767 census in Household No. 23.
Albert Bichert and his family are recorded on the 1798 census of Moor in Household No. Mo54.
The 1767 census records that Johann Heinrich Bichert came from the German district of Isenburg.
