Brandt (Kraft)
Johann Brandt and his family arrived from Lübeck at the port of Oranienbaum on 9 August 1766 aboard the pink Slon under the command of Lieutenant Sergey Panov.
They settled in the Volga German colony of Kraft on 18 August 1767 and are recorded there on the 1767 census in Household No. 59.
The Oranienbaum passenger list records that Johann Brandt was a stonemason while the 1767 census records that he was a farmer (Ackerbauer).
The 1767 census records that Johann Brandt came from the German village of Rothenbergen in the district of Isenburg.
