Sophia Döll (age 3) is recorded on an appendix to the 1767 census of Nieder-Monjou (No. 6) along with her stepfather, Johann Georg Gaus. A note records that the family relocated to the Volga German colony of Näb in 1768.
There are no known surviving male lines of this Döll family among the Volga German colonies.
