Konrad Dippel, a single man, arrived from Lübeck at the port of Oranienbaum on 18 August 1766 aboard the galliot named Die Perle (The Pearl) under the command of Skipper Gerhardt Hermann Thomsen.
Conradt Dippe [sic] is recorded on the list of colonists being transported from St. Petersburg to Saratov in 1767.
He arrived in the Volga German colony of Walter on 16 September 1767. He is recorded there on the 1767 census in Household No. 30 along with his new wife Anna Elisabeth.
Widow Anna Elisabeth Dippel and her family are recorded on the 1798 census of Yagodnaya Polyana in Household No. Yp47.
The Oranienbaum passenger list records that Konrad Dippel was a weaver while the 1767 census records that he was a farmer.
