Konrad Dippel, a single man, arrived from Lübeck at the port of Oranienbaum on 13 September 1766 aboard the galliot Die Perle under the command of Skipper Thomson.
Conradt Dippe [sic] is recorded on the list of colonists being transported from St. Petersburg to Saratov in 1767.
He settled in the Volga German colony of Walter on 16 September 1767. He is recorded there on the 1767 census in Household No. 30 along with his new wife Anna Elisabeth.
Widow Anna Elisabeth Dippel and her family are recorded on the 1798 census of Yagodnaya Polyana in Household No. Yp47.
The Oranienbaum passenger list records that Konrad Dippel was a weaver while the 1767 census records that he was a farmer.
The 1767 census records that Konrad Dippel came from the area of Schotten.
