Jean Faure & Eliesabetha Margretha Albrecht were married on 16 March 1766 in the Lutheran Church of Büdingen.

Johann Faret, a cobbler (Schuhmacher), and his wife Margaretha settled in the Volga German colony of Leichtling on 14 May 1767. They are recorded there on the 1767 census in Household No. 11.

The 1767 census records that Johann Faret came from the French village of Mont-de-Marsan.

There are no known surviving male lines of this family among the Volga German colonies.
