Fleck (Warenburg)
Carl Hinrich [sic] Fleck & Eva Dorothea Moneck were married on 16 June 1766 in St. Peter’s Lutheran Church in Lübeck.
Karl Heinrich Fleck, a miller (Müller), and his wife Eva Dorothea arrived from Lübeck at the port of Oranienbaum on 8 August 1766 aboard the Danish galliot Der Engel Rafael under the command of Skipper Ehlert Kongsted.
Carl Heinrich Fleck and his wife Eva Dorothea are recorded on the list of colonists being transported from St. Petersburg to Saratov in 1767.
They settled in the Volga German colony of Warenburg on 12 May 1767. Eva Dorothea died after arrival in Russia. Carl Heinrich remarried to Anna Margaretha and is recorded on the 1767 census of Warenburg in Household No. 89 along with his stepdaughter Katharina Elisabeth.
The 1767 census records that Karl Heinrich Fleck came from the German village of Wintersdorf in the region of Sachsen (Saxony).
