Heinrich Fleischer, a single man, arrived from Lübeck at the port of Oranienbaum on 4 July 1766 aboard the ship Der Junge Mathias under the command of Skipper David Wollert.
He settled in the Volga German colony of Schulz on 15 June 1767 and is recorded there on the 1767 census in Household No. 26.
The Oranienbaum passenger list records that Heinrich Fleischer was a cobbler while the 1767 census records that he was a farmer.
The 1767 census records that Johann Heinrich Fleischer came from the German village of Lindenberg in the Stolberg region.
There are no known surviving male lines of this Fleischer family among the Volga German colonies.
