Abram Frisch, a single mason (Maurer) settled in the Volga German colony of Kratzke on 7 August 1766. He is recorded there on the 1767 census in Household No. 22 along with a note that he is working in Saratov.
The 1767 census records that Abram Frisch came from the German village of Machka in Prussia.
There are no known surviving male lines of this Frisch family among the Volga German colonies.
