Johann Georg Gottlieb Geist, a baker (Becker [sic]) from Steinbach, & Anna Maria Schæfer from Renneln were married on 20 May 1766 in the Lutheran Church of Büdingen.
The widow and children of Gottlieb Geist are recorded on the 1798 census of Walter in Household No. Wt062.
