Konrad Gogorscht, a locksmith (Schlosser), and his wife Anna Dorothea settled in the Volga German colony of Rosenheim on 27 July 1765. They are recorded there on the 1767 census in Household No. 21.

The 1767 census records that Konrad Gogorscht came from the German village of Oldenburg in Grafschaft Oldenburg and that his wife came from Petersburg, Russia.

There are no known surviving male lines of this family among the Volga German colonies.
