Anna Barbara Gutfeld (age 25) and her sister Anna Katharina (age 16) settled in the Volga German colony of Norka on 15 August 1767. They are recorded there on the 1767 census in Household No. 85 where Anna Barbara is married to Georg Ernst Henkel.
There are no known male descendants of this Gutfeld family, so this surname does not continue among the Volga German colonies.
