Heidelbach (Walter)*
[Johann] Heinrich Heidelbach, a single farmer, arrived from Reval [Estonia] at the port of Oranienbaum on 30 May 1766 aboard the pink Novaya Dvinka under the command of Lieutenant Ivan Perepechin.
He and his family are recorded on the 1798 census of Walter in Household No. Wt016.
Heinrich Heidelbach is recorded on the 1834 census of Bettinger in Household No. 119 along with a note that he relocated to the colony of Walter.
The death of Heinrich Heidelbach in 1830 is recorded on the 1834 census of Walter in Household No. 236.
The Oranienbaum passenger list records that Heinrich Heidelbach came from the German region of Darmstadt.
There are no known surviving male lines of this Heidelbach family among the Volga German colonies.
