Howald
Serin Howald, a suede master (German: Sämischgerber; Russian: мастер замшевый), and his wife Anna arrived from Reval [Estonia] at the port of Oranienbaum aboard the pink Slon under the command of Lieutenant Sergey Panov.
They settled in the Volga German colony of Warenburg on 12 May 1767. Serin is recorded there on the 1767 census in Household No. 102 along with a note that he was widowed on 24 August 1767.
The 1767 census records that Serin Howald came from the city of Copenhagen in Denmark.
