Elisabeth Margaretha Kader, daughter of Johannes Leonhard & Anna Maria Kader, was born on 1 July 1741 and baptized on 3 July 1741 in Höchst.

Anna Margaretha Kather of Höchst in the area of Erbach & Johann Adam Thürnoff from Eschen were married 28 April 1766 in the Lutheran Church of Büdingen. Other spellings of this surname in various records include Dirolf, Thüruff, and Tyrolff.

They arrived from Lübeck at the port in Oranienbaum on 11 August 1766 aboard the Russian galliot Citadel under the command of Midshipman Gregory Bukharin. Johann Adam died during the journey to the Volga colonies.

She arrived in Dönhof on 18 June 1767 and is recorded there as a widow in Household No. 107. Her whereabouts following the 1767 census are unknown.

There appear to be no surviving male descendants of this couple among the Volga German colonies.
