Just Kaiser, a farmer from Isenburg, and his wife Magdalena settled in the Volga German colony of Norka on 15 August 1767. They are recorded there on the 1767 census in Household No. 107.
There are no known surviving male lines of this Kaiser family among the Volga German colonies.
