Johann[es] Kaiser, a farmer, his wife Anna, and children (Johannetta, age 9; Katharina, age 6) arrived from Lübeck at the port of Oranienbaum on 19 July 1766 aboard the barque named Fortitudo under the command of Skipper John Scott.
Johannes Keiser [sic], his wife Anna Julianna, and daughter Eva Netta [sic] (age 9) are recorded on the list of colonists being transported from St. Petersburg to Saratov in 1767 along with a note that father Johannes died en route.
Widow Anna Maria [sic] remarried to Daniel Weigandt and is recorded along with her daughter Julianna [sic] (age 7) on the 1767 census of Norka in Household No. 78.
There are no known surviving male lines of this Kaiser family among the Volga German colonies.
