Widow Eva Maria Klein and her daughters (Dorothea, age 24; Anna Maria, age 22) are recorded on a list of colonists being transported from St. Petersburg to Saratov in 1767 along with a note that the widow Eva Maria Klein died in route.
Daughter Dorothea Klein (age 30) is believed to be recorded on the 1767 census of Leichtling in Household No. 38 along with her [new] husband Anton Beichert. [See Beichert Family.]
There are no known surviving male lines of this Klein family among the Volga German colonies.
