Kletter*
Konrad Kletter, his unnamed wife, and daughters (Johanna, age 5; Margaretha, age 3½) immigrated to Denmark (Schleswig-Holstein) in December 1760. They are last recorded among the Danish colonies on 26 April 1763.
They joined the migration to Russia and settled in the Volga German colony of Anton on 7 September 1764.
Konrad Kletter, his wife Elisabeth Margaretha, and daughters (Johanna, age 17; Eva Susanna, age 6) are recorded there on the 1767 census in Household No. 19 along with Johannes Nazarenus (age 18). The 1767 census does not record a relationship between the Kletter and Nazarenus families.
The Eichhorns record that Konrad Kletter came from the German region of Kurpfalz. The 1767 census records that he came from the German area of Alzey in the Kurpfalz region.
There are no known surviving male lines of this Kletter family among the Volga German colonies.
