Löffler (Rosenheim)
Tobias Löffler, a farmer, and his wife immigrated to Denmark (Schleswig-Holstein), arriving in the city of Schleswig on 20 May 1761.
They are last recorded in the Danish colonies on 4 January 1765. They joined the migration to Russia where the family settled in the Volga German colony of Rosenheim on 15 March 1766.
They are recorded there on the 1767 census in Household No. 44.
The 1767 census records that Tobias Löffler came from the German village of Theresienheim in the Herzogtum Teschen [?]. The Eichhorns record that Tobias Löffler came from the German region of Württemberg.
