Brian LeMeer, a surgeon (Feldscher), his wife Anna Elisabeth, and their children (Adeleide, age 17; Maxelinde, age 14) settled in the Volga German colony of Franzosen on 23 May 1767. They are recorded there on the 1767 census in Household No. 66.
The 1767 census records that Brian LeMeer came from the French village of Betenne [?].
