Discussion & Documentation:

Christian Lohmüller was born in the Netherlands and served in Napoleon's army and fought against the Russians. He was captured by the Russians, and in 1812, was settled in the Volga German colony of Paulskaya. His widow Louisa is recorded on the 1850 Census of Boisroux in Household No. 73 indicating that Christian must have died before 1834.

There do not appear to be any surviving male descendants of this family among the Volga German colonies.
