Christian Lohmüller was born about 1783 in the Netherlands.
He served as a soldier with the 16th Light Infantry (Jäger) Regiment of Napoleon's Army and fought against the Russians. He was captured by the Russians.
Milovidov records that as of 1814, his brother and sister were still living in the German town of Köln.
Christian Lohmüller was settled in the Volga German colony of Paulskaya in the household of Johann Hermann.
His widow Louisa is recorded on the 1850 Census of Boisroux in Household No. 73 indicating that Christian must have died before 1834.
Milovidov records that Christian Lohmüller came from the German village of Köln in The Netherlands [sic].
There do not appear to be any surviving male descendants of this family among the Volga German colonies.
