Widower Johann Georg Lutz, a linen weaver (Linenweber), is recorded on an appendix to the 1767 census of Nieder-Monjou (No. 45) along with a note that he relocated to the Volga German colony of Näb in 1768.

There are no known surviving male lines of this Lutz family among the Volga German colonies.
