Minor
Peter Minor, a farmer, his wife Agneth, and children (Zacharius, age 16; Katharina, age 14; Elisabeth, age 12; Anna Maria, age 6; Peter, age 4) arrived from Lübeck at the port of Oranienbaum on 8 August 1766 aboard a ship under the command of Skipper Heidemann.
They settled in the Volga German colony of Dehler on 19 August 1767 and are recorded there on the 1767 census in Household No. 38.
In 1788, Zacharius Minor and his family moved from Brabander to Dehler.
Brothers Peter Minor, Johann Adam Minor, and Paulus Minor, sons of Zacharias Minor, are recorded on the 1798 census of Dehler in Household No. Dl09.
Brothers Peter Minor, Johann Adam Minor, and Paulus Minor, sons of Zacharias Minor, are recorded on the 1811 census of Dehler in Household No. 53 along with a note that they had relocated to the colony of Preuss in 1801.
The 1834 census of Preuss records Paul Minor, son of Zacharius Minor from Dehler, in Household No. 77.
Peter Minor, son of Peter Minor, and his family are recorded on the 1798 census of Dehler in Household No. Dl41.
The 1767 census records that Peter Minor came from the German village of Wirges in the region of Kurmainz.
